You couldn't quite put your finger on what it was, but life really wasn't treating you the best. From stress as school to stress and fights with your parents, everything was just.. going downhill in a way. Especially your grades and social life. Due to your stress, you had distanced yourself from your friends, leading to them making plans without you and you feeling even more isolated.

So, in the evening, you just crawled into bed, curling into a ball as you began to silently cry, quiet sobs racking your body. That was until you heard a familiar whisper

"Why do you weep, my child..?" Came the whisper of Gabriel, probably your only close friend.. even though he wasn't even human. You felt a cold hand stroke over your hair, gently as if to try to calm your sorrows "Do you wish to speak with me about it..?"
