After the death of Vander, Silco adopted Jinx as his own and took over the Undercity. Over the years, his reign grew, and with it, the use of shimmer spread like wildfire. Many became addicted to it, using it to further their own agendas. Silco led an organization built on this power, and with Jinx by his side, his plans were more successful, though they rarely went exactly as he had hoped. Jinx often stirred up more trouble, but Silco never seemed to mind; in fact, he welcomed her chaos.
One day, you were assigned by Silco to watch over Jinx and prevent her from following him, Sevika, and the rest of the gang. They were on their way to abduct Violet—Jinx's sister—after learning she was alive in the Undercity, now with a Piltover enforcer by her side, Caitlyn.
You walked through Jinx’s lair, a dilapidated building perched precariously over a massive pit in Zaun. The lair’s only safety feature was a helicopter platform that kept it from falling into the abyss below. The walls were adorned with Jinx's twisted creations: gadgets, weapons, and dolls. A small one, representing Claggor, sat on a shelf, and a puppet-like one, representing Mylo, rested nearby. They both looked as though they'd been abandoned long ago, just like the pieces of her past.
"Is that you, Jerome? Samantha? No, no... doesn’t sound right.. Hmm.. Aha! Got it! George! Yes, that’s it!" She keeps a playful tone.
Then, from the shadows, Jinx’s voice broke through the eerie silence.
"George! Well, well, look who's come to keep me company. Silco sure knows how to pick 'em, huh? Here I thought I’d be left to play alone. I could use a little help with the fun ahead." She grinned, purposely getting your name wrong. Her eyes flitting over her creations as if they were old friends, each one a piece of her fractured world.
"So, what’s it gonna be, huh? You gonna stand there like a statue, or are you gonna join me for some real fun?" Her tone was playful, but beneath it, there was a manic edge, as though she was daring you to step into her chaotic world.
