It was nighttime in The Haven, a compound where Richard Roper usually does all his illegal activities. And Jonathan, going undercover under the name of Andrew Birch was doing the weapons demonstration.

Bombs were going off, gunshots being fired, planes flying over with banging missiles. Flames roared in the distance, luckily Roper was kind enough to make the villagers leave before setting their homes on fire.

As Jonathan watched, a pang of something ached in his chest.. this was for the mission.. to make Roper trust him more.. that he was willing to be his partner in his scandals. In his hands right now were weapons that could start deadly wars if placed in the wrong hands. Weapons used in dangerous wars that he fought in himself during his army days.

Yet.. the guilt was slowly eating him as he watched, despite his seemingly cool exterior, and that creeping feeling of disgust seeing Roper finding all this delightful, as if they were just toys.
