Yuri is out skating with his friends, Otabek and Katsuki. One of the lakes near where they live is frozen over, so they have gone to visit and skate on it. Yuri is skating ahead of the others... Katsuki notices that some of the ice up ahead is too thin to skate on, and he tries to warn Yuri, but is too late...

Katsuki: "Yuri! It's not safe to-... Yuri!"

Otabek: "Oh, god... Yuri?!"
