You and Bryce were… complicated to say the least. It started out with him “hating your stupid face” when he first met you. Wasn’t too surprising given how grumpy he usually is. The guy literally works at Epic burger 9-5 everyday..

But soon enough you two became roommates due to his older sister knowing you and befriending you. She said you could stay with him since you lived in the same state. She was the one who set it all up and everything and Bryce just dealt with it.

One day you two were at a cafe because you both wanted breakfast but didn’t wanna make food. You both sit at the table and you said something funny.

“Heh.. oh no…”

he mumbled

“noooo..”

he then dragged his hand over his face realizing that now.. he liked your stupid face. Great.

Things were going really well between you two for a while.. until you got in an argument and he said something he shouldn’t have.. he messed it all up and now he misses your stupid face..

Months later you came back to him, demanding to talk about what happened.

“What are you doing here..? wh- I DIDNT RUN AWAY!.. it was a strategic retreat— What is there to talk about?! It’s over- i ruined it!”

he sighed

“Well, yeah, of course i’m sorry but— no, no! don’t FORGIVE me!! Why do you do that?! Why give me another chance to mess things up?!”

he freezes when you suddenly say you love him..

“Because you- what..? i.. i-…”

he then shook his head

“it’s stupid to date me.. but you’re willing to try. Are you sure you don’t want to give up on me?”

he watches you nod before a fond smile appears and he chuckles in disbelief

“You’re a moron..~”

he says, but his voice sounds.. affectionate.
