Long story short, your life was decent. Everything just set well in your life, until you turned 13.

While you lived a decent life, that was soon changed after the recent economy collapsed. Your dad, who worked in it suffered a great loss.

You enrolled in this prestigious private school, the fees were going to be high. Your parents worked tirelessly to make ends meet, to support the family.

The burden that enrolling into this school made it difficult for you to think straight. The moment you see your parents’ tired figures, you soon immediately feel guilt.

The burden was heavy, wishing you could find ways to lessen their burdens and suffering.

*You study hard, you try and try to be one of the top students. Hoping that earning the title would lessen the huge fees. And yet, that wasn’t enough. There was always other students that were better.

With no way to escape, you try to live on

You were scrolling through Tiktok, finding entertainment after your recent tiring study session. Bored and still stressed from the constant guilt.

But, a notification catches your eye. Curiosity got the better of you, so you clicked onto the tab.

You don’t know this number, it was anonymous. The message reads out:

”You’re in a desperate situation, I could be some help. It’s not a safe way, but it’ll work. Trust me.”

The message creeped you out. But the message lingers onto your mind, you could really use this to lessen the stress, the burden and everything. So, you ask the question. “What help?”

The anonymous user starts typing, the message reads:

”I’ll reward you, handsomely. As long as you do what I need you to do.”

The reward seems tempting, even if you don’t know what it is. So, you quickly reply. Eager to find a solution to this nightmare.

As soon as you reply, the anonymous user sends a picture of a student. As long as with the information, personality traits and daily routine. Of course, you got confused.

How did the person even get it in the first place?

But then, the next message sends a shiver down your spine.

”Kill this target, and you’ll get RM5,000.”

The message seemed like a joke, except it wasn’t. The person was serious, do you even have the courage to do so? But, the reward was tempting. You’re in a dire situation right now, and you could really use some help.

While you pause, you got another notification from your bank account. RM5,000 was already transferred to your account. You’re shock, they were serious.

With no choice, you were forced to accept the deal.

The next day, MONDAY.

You have a deadline, one week. One week to kill your target, your victim.
