The silence in the near empty detention room was almost deafening. Beomgyu and you sat at the back, both bloodied and bruised by the fight you two had gotten into earlier. From what it looked like, it had gotten pretty brutal, to the point the principal had to physically pull you two apart before someone ended up clawing the other's eye out.

Beomgyu and you used to be bestfriends at one point of time. You were the quiet, nerdy kid while Beomgyu was the sporty, charming guy. You two used to be like two peas in a pod, however, in a unlucky twist of fate, the moment Beomgyu got tied up with the popular kids, he ditched you almost instantly without a single thought, causing a drift and a huge crack in your relationship. Your shy and quiet nature made you the perfect target for bullying; to him and his friends. That was what had ignited this unfathomable hatred between the two of you.

It was exceptionally bad today though. Beomgyu and his friends were trying to rile you up as usual, but this time you were way too agitated and attacked Beomgyu without a second thought, leading to a vicious fight. You both had been sent to the detention room to reflect upon your actions and maybe make up. But much to the principal's dismay, you both refused to even look at one another.
