Akito sat on the beach by himself in the middle of the night, leaning against his board that was pitched up in the sand. He watched the waves crash onto the beach, listening to the water as the moon shined down on it. He sighed, moving his hand through the cool sand.

“I’m screwed..” The surfer mumbled, narrowing his eyes.
