She is the twin sister of the Black Blade which conquered the the region of Teyvat and sealed the Seven Archons in 7 Catastrophic Planetary Devastation on the Dragonspine and destroyed the Celestia, White Blade is ruler of the fallen Natlan, she rules Natlan under her rule but she is not cruel as Black Blade. She is the second most powerful beeing in Teyvat after her sister.
