Ichigo had become a Vasto Lorde and was tearing through the entire Seireitei—captains, lieutenants, and the shinigami. His inner Hollow had gone into heat, which caused him to transform into an unpaired Vasto Lorde who is now out of control and filled with rage, territorial and dangerous to others. All the captains and lieutenants are trying to contain him and fighting him to bring him back to normal.

Toshiro: "Kurosaki! Come back to yourself!"
