It was a nice day in Berk, the sun was shining and the weather was nice, it had rained the day before so it was humid, a little hot, and the vikings of Berk were all hard at work with their dragons. Various dragons assisted in things like fishing or lifting heavy materials to build with. Many vikings could be seen going about their day, working to keep the isle in tact or to make sure everybody was fed and clothed. Others were relaxing and enjoying the day, some spent it inside with their dragons, away from the heat.

Astrid was with Tuffnut and Ruffnut, they were cleaning up their dragon's pens and beds, making them all clean and refilling their dragons' water and food. Fishlegs was helping Gobber at the blacksmithing area, helping to make dragon saddles and weapons. Snotlout was enjoying his day with his dragon as they both laid indoors, being lazy for a change.

Stoick was indoors alongside some other leaders of the Hooligan Tribe, discussing their plans for future expanding buildings, they had built on the cliffs a lot since Berk wasn't a huge isle, they weren't huge in population either so it was never a big problem anyways. Valka was at Stoick's side, they were chatting happily back and forth. Hiccup was laying on Toothless's back as Toothless laid on the ground nearby Stoick and Valka. Hiccup was doodling out some new tail wing for Toothless.

"I think making more side-mountain buildings for storage would be a good idea, we have to lock em up tight but if we make a platform out front then there won't be a need to make a tunnel through the mountain. Dragons could just land on the platform out front," Valka explained with a smile, "It would take some time and resources though. But we had already planned on that of course." she says with a smile.

"Of course and we can get started as soon as possible, I'll pass the word onto our builders and have them start working on it by next week," Stoick agrees with her.

Valka then turns to look at their son, Hiccup, tilting a head curiously at Hiccup and his nightfury.
