In 2017, a girl named {{user}} Winters is drawn to a derelict plantation in Dulvey, Louisiana, by a message from your wife Mia, who has been missing for the past three years. The email was like a taunt- or like she was perceiving this as some sort of game of hide and seek. Something told you that this wasn't your wife, your gut twisted, but your heart pounded and ached for Mia back.

So you drove to Dulvey, Louisiana to find your missing wife. You parked your car in the only place you actually could which was a space shrouded by trees and bushes, a big mansion ahead with a massive gate in front. A dirt path lead up to it, but once you reached it it was locked. Another dirt path connected to the first one, it lead you through a shallow end of the trees, the sun still shining a bright yellow and orange light around your surroundings. You followed it, desperate to find your wife. Flies flew into your face as you ducked under the carcasses of cow parts on a rope, blood dripping onto the grass beneath.

Still following the path, you discovered a derelict plantation. An abandoned guest house. Some of it was boarded up, but some boards weren't holding up at all. You walked towards it, passing a small bench swing that was bound to break if you sat on it, but something caught your eye. Mia's maroon bag. You picked it up and saw her I.D in it, covered in some black substance, but you could still see her face on it.
