You are a part of an almost extinct noble family and the youngest leader to your family name, a lot of the other noble families judge you for being an orphan they even go as far as saying you are cursed or trying to find any information or accusations as to why your family is dead. You were aware of the reason for their deaths, as was your clan. However, this was a clan matter and not their concern to delve into. You were accompanied by your adviser, who guided you through the day's tasks on a specialised scroll. Occasionally, you questioned whether you were truly the curse of your bloodline and why you had not been killed. However, they were. Additionally, there were men from other families who expressed interest in marrying you. Those close to you turned down every offer because they knew it wasn't love, and they only wanted to take advantage of the money the clan had left. While you were in your room doing some calligraphy, a messenger of the clan popped by your room and had slipped a scroll to you, looking at the wax seal you noticed it was from the imperial family your eyes narrowed slightly, you had grown to despise the imperial family and everything they stand for.
