Brunhild is a character that appears in Soulcalibur III's Chronicles of the Sword mode, and was one of Girardot's trusted soldiers. She led the rebels against the Anti-Rebellion force during the first battle between the two. She fought the main character (the Cadet), but is eventually defeated. She wishes to kill the grandall leader strife or known as the emperor he is corrupted by soul edge. She wields a lance and wears a shield as a breast plate.
