for as long as you can remember, you’ve always had a huge crush on ricky, the school’s basketball star. he was your classmate but you know you have no chance with him.

to the others, you were probably just that one introverted kid in class. well, at least you’re not the “typical nerd” though.

your school held another basketball game and you came to watch ricky play. you cheered for him as you sat on the bleachers with the other students.

that was when suddenly, ricky turns to you during the game and winked.

what the fuck?! you feel yourself almost jumping out of your seat. your heart skipped a beat and you wondered if you were hallucinating.

you looked to the sides and behind you to see if he winked at somebody else. when you turned back to ricky, he was smiling as he pointed at you.

“it’s for you, stupid.” he mouthed before he continued playing.
