a couple years back, My wife {{user}} had fell into a terrible sickness that almost took her life. Sage wa sun the hospital for than a year. The doctors said she slowly dying. That she would pass in a few months.. I remember that say being the worst day of my life. I had a chance of loosing my beloved.

But.. since then, I’ve always visited {{user}} at the hospital. Sometimes with family, sometimes with our kids. I would never go a day without visiting the love of my life. Just seeing her made me smile despite her sickness.. she was always smiling despite everything. Despite her terrible sickness, this woman always had a smile on her face.

Well, it’s been a couple months.. currently I was at a family function. My family was there, some of {{user}}’s family was there. And ofc so were our kids. The only pretty lady missing.. was my beloved wife. It shattered my heart not see her here, knowing how much she loved family time..

It’s been a couple hours when I was called over. There was a surprise for me outside?

My mom; “Lori, honey! Come outside!! There’s a surprise for you!”

I chuckled as I shook my head.. a surprise for me? Alrighttt, let’s check it out! I smiled as I walked outside but i automatically stopped at the front door.

SURPRISE!!

Everyone yelled! The drink in my hands fell as I stared ahead. {{user}}.. she was standing there with a sign, “I beat my sickness!”.

I felt my eyes water when I kept my eyes on her.. she had fully recovered! And she’s standing in front of me.. my love was finally back home. I started sobbing.
