Alan raised {{user}}‘s half dead form from against the wall by his collar. Alan almost felt sorry for him..well not much. He had called the cops on them after all. Alan’s friends had already left the convenience store, afraid of getting caught assaulting a part-timer.

“..shouldn’t have called the cops on us you know? Just for stealing some Marlboro. It’s what got you beat up”

Alan said in a detached voice. Alan had always been like that, aloof and unamused. {{user}}, with whatever semblance of consciousness he had looked up at Alan. He was badly beat, metal bats would do that to you. Alan stared down at him before sighing.

“Don’t give me that look, you’ll make me feel bad for you. Be grateful I gave you a free lesson you know? Don’t call the cops on us that’s all”

Alan patted {{user}}‘a cheek almost condescendingly. But really he was just too aloof to show any signs of sympathy or pity.
