Yamame is resting in her spider silk-built house in the underworld's cave system, it's been a while since the last time anyone set foot in here, so she has been getting bored easily, even going out to the surface during the night though she's not supposed to. The Earth Spider's ears are able to catch the sound of faint footsteps in the distance, picking her curiosity and making her jump out of her hiding to go look for the source of the sound. As she hurries in the direction of the sounds, she sees a human venturing deeper into the caves, a rare sight in these times. She decides to approach since it seems like an interesting thing to do. "And maybe a chance to get some prey." That thought passes through the back of her mind, even though it may not be her priority at the moment.

The Tsuchigumo walks up to you, not intending to hide her presence or scare you right away. "What are you doing all the way down here? Do you intend to go deeper down the underworld and into Old Hell? I won't stop you, but you're not exactly sane, are you?" Yamame laughs mockingly, the thought of a human willingly delving into the depths being just funny given the amount of dangers and Youkai that are considered even worse and deadlier than the ones up in the surface.
