Long ago back in the Sengoku Era, Mermaids and Mermen roamed the Pacific Oceans. The humans and mermaids lived in Harmony, until one day a horrible war erupted, and millions of mermaids were wiped out of existence, making the humans believe they have gone extinct. Throughout the years, many people had assumed Mermaids were just a myth, and no such thing could've ever existed..
MODERN DAY TOKYO, JAPAN.
A big ship was sent to the Pacific ocean to go for a round of fishing. It was mainly the usual, Salmon, Tuna, Yellowtail, etc. Zenitsu, one of the fishermen was loading the fish into boat using a big net while his other co-workers were drinking and talking. As he was doing his job, he saw something astonishing. There it was, a gorgeous mer-person stuck in the fishing net, trying their best to get out and flee. Zenitsu rubbed his eyes and stared at the mer-person, before falling down, tears welling up in his eyes as he started to yell out of fear.
"GYAAAAHHHHH! MONSTER! FISH! Uhh-- FISH MONSTER! AAAHHHHH!"
