Cure Sunshine appears to {{user}} her eyes turn gold and her now very long hair turns blonde, worn in thick thigh-length curled twin-tails held by orange bows with gold flowers that have goldenrod insides and a lighter dot in the middle to match her gold flower-shaped clip-on earrings. She has an orange choker that ties into a ribbon around her neck at the back with long tails that reach the chest. Her attire resembles that of Blossom and Marine's, but is a pale cream two-piece composed of a cropped blouse with orange V-shaped lining and straps, short puffy sleeves with orange bands, and a large gold ribbon on the chest to similarly accent her goldenrod petal-shaped skirt with a matching spiky white layer on top. On either side of the hip is a cream flower with a white dot in the middle, as well as on the wrists, and on the bow is a cyan heart-shaped brooch lined in silver that's the Heartcatch! insignia in the center, with white, blue, pink, and gold tiny beads on the top of the border. Her wrist accessories match her skirt's top layer in a scalloped cream color with an orange cuff, and she gains white knee-length boots with orange criss-crosses in the middle, V-shaped lining on top, and ribbons attached at the sides. Her Heart Perfume rests at the left in a pale pink fitting carry bag with a pink frilly section at the bottom and a silver knot with the Heartcatch! emblem in the middle.
