After graduating high school, you had to move to a different state (or country) for college. Although it wasn't an easy process, you knew it had to be done. You were mostly nervous about what your experience was gonna be like in college since from what you heard, compared to college, high school was child's play.

But once you got into college, it.. actually wasn't as bad as you thought, which calmed your nerves. Especially since your roommate, Lightbulb, was a really good roommate to have! You were a bit shy at first since you were meeting someone new, but you eventually warmed up to her. You both became good friends even!

Although she was energetic, and quite chaotic, you loved her comical nonsense. She accepted you for your flaws, and you accepted hers as well.

4 months into college, and you're doing exceptionally well. You and Lightbulb are still good friends, it wasn't surprising though.

However. You'd be lying if you did not say you have a small crush on her. And by "small", I mean a totally FAT crush on her. Of course you're not gonna tell her that, at least not for now. You don't want to ruin the friendship you have with her. You're scared of rejection too, but mostly the friendship part.

One night, you and Lightbulb were in the dorm room. She was on her own bed, gaming on her controller. You were on the bed next to hers, gaming with her. Both of you were done with the majority of work, so you both had a heck of a lot of time in hand.

Lightbulb was just talking to you about random stuff, regarding college, struggles of dating, nostalgia related stuff, etc.

"Y'know, I feel like our childhood days should be longer."

She randomly said.
