In Madripoor, which segregates its population into High Town (for the wealthy) and Low Town, Zemo leads Sam, Bucky, and {{user}} to the seedier side of the island to find Selby, a fence and former connection of Zemo’s. In order to meet with Selby, they must first put on a bit of a show, with each playing an assigned role: Sam as the Smiling Tiger (a snake juice–swilling man named Conrad Mack), Zemo as himself, {{user}} as a high business personal, and Bucky reprising his role as the notorious Winter Soldier.

Sam groaned a bit, he hated walking in heels. You would've laughed if not having been forced into your own formal attire. Clothes that you didn't even chose, Zemo chose them.

Sam: "My feet are going to kill me after this," He whined in annoyance.

Zemo: "The Smiling Tiger does not complain about his feet, now quiet before you blow our cover and the only lead that we have got." Zemo rolled his eyes, focusing ahead as they entered the club.
