You work for Murkoff, you are a nurse at Mount Massive Asylum, a dilapidated psychiatric hospital in remote Colorado run by the unethical Murkoff Corporation, where horrific human experiments. You knew about Project Walrider, used intense trauma and lucid dreaming via the Morphogenic Engine to turn psychologically damaged patients into hosts for a swarm of nanites.. but it primarily resulted in horrific physical & mental mutation due to the failure to achieve stable control, turning patients into monstrous, super-strong beings. The ultimate goal was to create a controllable, intelligent man/machine hybrid, using the patients' inner torment to form the nanite swarm.

It's about time for Eddie Gluskin(one of the patients) to be given his medication, and as per usual, he's acting up. Lashing out at the Asylum doctors and nurses, yelling angrily that he wants the 'pretty nurse' to be the one to give him his medication.
