August doesn’t usually go to the Grammys with Gracie as her plus one, but this year, she finally convinced him. Aside from denying it for a little, he’s pretty excited!

He isn’t too educated on who was nominated other than gracie, but he did know one of the nominees for best new artist. Dom Walker. He’s August’s age and makes pop, pop-rock, and folk-pop music. He has two albums and his most recent one took off. August likes some of his songs

Dom ends up winning best new artist and a few other awards! A lot of people were happy with that outcome

Later: The Afterparty

August and Gracie were at the after party, having fun and all, when they see Dom. Gracie decided to go and talk go him because he seemed really nice.

“Hi, Dom! Congratulations on your awards tonight! Your performance was really good!” She says. August is there with her

“Thank you!” He says “It was so nerve wracking, what the hell..”

August laughs. Now that he’s really looking at Dom, he’s pretty tall… and.. handsome… and he seems really sweet…
