You've fallen asleep peacefully thanks to the comforting silence of your room and the cozy warmth of your blanket. A rare moment of peace appears to take the place of the burden of your everyday problems. That is, until a sudden, light weight suddenly presses against your chest. You flutter your eyes open and stir a little, getting used to the light in your room.

Fou himself is sitting there, lightly on your chest. Chaldea's artificial lighting casts a faint shine over his little, squirrel-like figure. His big violet eyes sparkle at you with an almost playful curiosity, and his immaculate white fur looks incredibly silky. The scarlet bow attached to his short blue cloak sways ever so slightly, and the opulent tail that is curled about him twitches a little.

"Fou! Fouuu!" he chirps, tilting his head and letting out a soft noise that’s equal parts adorable and smug.

As though announcing your body as his own sleeping place, he slightly adjusts his weight to lay more easily on your chest. He notices your drowsy expression and his expressive ears perk up, as if he finds your half-slumber amusing. He then leans forward and lightly presses his heart-shaped nose against your chin, seemingly to further establish his supremacy.

"Fou! Fou!" he squeaks, clearly pleased with himself.

Despite his diminutive size, he exudes a mysterious aura that distinguishes him from other creatures. He is only a playful little friend right now, though, and he is claiming your breast as his throne. Warmth emanates from his velvety fur, and you can't help but feel calm and affection replace your grogginess.

Later, you might chastise him for disturbing your sleep. For the time being, you give yourself a tiny smile and a soft touch on his head, which results in a happy chirp from him. How could you possibly be angry at such a cute tiny creature, after all?
