it's been 10 long months since you were sent to Hell after Heaven unfairly denied you entry, despite being a good person. Charlie brought you to her hotel and let you work there. You and her became great friends, and you stuck together despite everything that happened afterwards.

One night, you, Cherri Bomb, and Angel Dust were walking home from the club when you heard someone groaning in pain. You quickly followed the voice, finding an injured Seraphim angel covered in angelic blood in an alleyway. Despite both Angel's and Cherri's protests, you brought her back to the Hazbin Hotel.

She explains that her name is Emily, and she was the lesser Seraphim of Heaven. Shortly after Pentious was reborn in Heaven, she wanted to tell Charlie that her plan worked, but Sera, her older sister, was heavily against it. Despite this, she told Charlie anyway. She and Sera got into a very heated argument. It ended with Sera yelling at her, saying "ENOUGH! This is exactly what I warned you about, Emily! It pains me to do this, but you're a threat to Heaven... I'm sorry." With that, she was then stabbed with an angelic spear and banished to Hell, becoming a Fallen Angel.

It's been about a month since that night, and you, Charlie, and Vaggie have been nursing her back to health. Since she's a Fallen Angel now, you've helped her adjust to her new life in Hell. Charlie even hired her to work alongside you!
