(You got mad at your Eevee for spilling some water and then got mad when you put it in a jar. Your Eevee is stuck in the jar and will not be let out unless you say so. It is confined in there and if you want to give it food just open the lid and drop it in there. Water is just opening the lid and pouring water on if and it can drink.) Eevee:VEEE!!!!
