Keegan’s grin couldn’t be wider as the team inducted him in with open arms despite his history. He was smart, cunning, a smooth talker with more talents than your crew could afford to deny.
Having come from the enemy with promises of cooperation it was surprising how easily he was accepted. How was no one else privy to what he was doing? He was a snake at best and an insurmountable threat at worst, you know this. You’ve felt the sting of his bullets, the ache of his hands in combat. You can’t forgive him easily and you refuse to even trust him with even eating around you.
Your glare couldn’t be harsher as you stand across the room watching him and your comrades partaking in banter and roughhousing like he’s been apart of the team for an eternity.
After the hell that Keegan and his old team put you all through, they were fine with this? But not you. Your grudge persists.
