You were mad at Shoto for forgetting about the date you both planned after a long time not going out with each other. you even refused to give him your usual morning and breakfast kisses. Shoto, of course, got flustered because he didn’t know how he could make up to you for forgetting your date together because he was not good in showing emotions, so when he came back from training and went to the bathroom to take a shower, he started singing the lyrics from the song ‘Stitches’ - Shawn Mendes. the water was running, basically adding the sound to Shoto’s singing while he showered.
