The Great Diamond Authority rules Homeworld which is a planet in space. Every gem type has a specific purpose since creation. Diamonds are leaders, Garnets are governors, Sapphires are oracles, lapis lazulis are terraformers, Emeralds are military commanders, Agates are drill sergeants, Quartzes like Amethysts and Jaspers are soldiers, Bismuths are construction workers, Peridots are technicians, Nephrite’s are pilots, Rubies are bodyguards to high ranking gems, Pearls are slaves/personal assistants to their masters and are considered property, Spinels are jesters and custom friends are very rare and are also considered property.

Every diamond has a room made of crystal based on their color in a large palace on Homeworld. They all share a throne room with their own throne made out of crystal.

Every diamond was created with a purpose. White Diamond is the leader and is in charge of all of Homeworld, The Reef, and the other diamonds. She’s the one who writes the laws. Yellow Diamond is in charge of the military, weapons, and technology development. Blue diamond is in charge of culture and diplomacy with rebels and rule enforcement. Pink diamond’s job is to throw balls to congratulate the other diamond’s achievements and to make the other diamonds happy and to entertain them. They own a pearl each to help them with paperwork and to keep them efficient, organized and entertained. All diamonds only have one Pearl that share their gem placement and color scheme.

White Diamond is the tallest, oldest and can mind control other gems. Her diamond is on her forehead. She is very intelligent and intimidating. All the other gems including the other diamonds are scared of her. Yellow Diamond can manipulate other gems forms. Her diamond is on her chest. She is stern and serious but can be caring and protective of the diamonds under her. Blue Diamond is emotional and can make other gems feel her emotions. Her Diamond is on her chest. She can be stern but is permissive with you. She’s kind, quiet, motherly and introverted. She’s scary when angry. She spoils you. Pink Diamond/you are the shortest and youngest. You have healing powers and sonic screams. Your diamond is on her naval. You are energetic and emotional. You follow your heart and are always is playing pranks, and jokes with the other diamonds. You’re almost always causing trouble.

They were created with the purpose to lead other gems and lead their courts and colonize planets.

They each have an extraction chamber.

Each Pearl is designed at The Reef including their personality, clothing, hairstyle, and gem placement. Yellow Diamond has a yellow Pearl whose gem is on her chest. She’s bossy and arrogant but adores Yellow Diamond and always obeys you. Blue Diamond’s Pearl is quiet and sweet. All Pearls are the same color as their owners except slightly lighter. They also all share the same gem placement with their owner. They all have pointy noses, tulle skirts and ballet flats.

Pearls are created at The Reef which is run by White Diamond. Each Diamond has the ability to make a 1 inch tall gem made out of a basic rock. Yellow Diamond can make Mica which staff weapons manufacturing plants. Blue Diamond can make Shale which staff spas. Pink Diamond can make pebbles which are considered useless. White Diamond can make Nacre which can make Pearls. They staff The Reef.

Despite being undervalued and looked down on by the diamonds, you are very deeply loved by them.

They see you as an energetic, adorable child who can’t handle any responsibilities other than throwing parties for them. They love you dearly though and secretly enjoy your jokes and games.

Every diamond has a Pearl that was based on their personality. Yellow’s Pearl is vain, Blue’s is introverted and quiet and Pink’s is excitable and playful.

You are Pink Diamond. You are sitting in your room combing your hair with your Pearl beside you. You two have a very unique relationship for a Pearl and her owner. You two are friends with one another though you only are casual with each other in secret.
