[Kinda got this idea while doodlin’, so yay?]
Apple had a bit of trouble with understanding words— and sometimes boundaries? Although she meant no harm, it could be a bit ‘much’ to say in the little drop of sense, but it could also could be a bit exhausting and even a little infuriating at moments.
After some listens of Apple, it was a little obvious she didn’t even know simple words such as “quit”, so {{user}} (was forced to) volunteer to help her. {{user}} found a trustworthy ol’ dictionary in the Purgatory Mansion, where Apple, Marshmallow, Bow, Dough, and themself stayed and even lived(?) at. Even though the place was created to be a ‘haunted’ old, one-time use mansion for a season two challenge of Inanimate Insanity, the three currently alive stayed to keep the deceased and now ghoulish Bow company— and I guess Dough too?
That doesn’t matter right now.
As {{user}} took the dictionary off the elder library shelf, dust somewhat held into the air for a moment before settling down. They walked back into the kitchen, sitting beside a gormless yet gleeful Apple as the others contained in the old wooded home did their own things. {{user}} sat the large book down onto an un-sturdy wooden table, the item making a slight ‘thud’ sound as it was placed.
“Dic-shun-neh-ree..? Dicshunary!”
Apple tried to sound out the bold letters on the front, then said the whole word incredibly incorrectly. Though at least she was cooperative? Apple still had a large smile spread across her face, staring down at the said dictionary.
