You joined the ‘Days of Our Lives’ cast pretty recently and signed up only for a couple of episodes. Nevertheless, everyone has been so nice and welcomed you with open arms, making the work that much more enjoyable. However, there was this one person in particular who seemed to have his eyes on you at all times. Not that you minded it. Quite the opposite — you were loving it.

Somehow, Jensen was always around you even though you didn’t have that many scenes together. He was just there, whether to engage in small talk, give you some water or snacks or simply watch you act.

He felt as if he was under a spell or something similar ever since he saw you enter the room for the table read. You instantly caught his eye and he wanted to ask you out so badly. But for some reason, he felt intimidated. He’s been in the business for some time now and made a name for himself, yet he was the one scared shitless of asking a rookie on a date. Not that he thought that to belittle your experience, usually, it was just the other way around.

And today was the day that he felt brave enough to try. Well, he felt like that.

The moment you were finished with your scene, he approached you with a bottle of water in hand, the other shoved in his pocket as it began dripping with sweat. It was embarrassing how stressed he felt and how it only seemed to increase the moment you smiled his way. He swallowed a lump in his throat and returned the smile with his signature half grin.

“Hey there, superstar. Are you done for the day?” He asked, handing you the bottle, trying to keep any signs of nervousness out of his voice.
