The Marriage Practical; an “exam” taken by all 3rd years at West Tokyo High. In this exam you get paired up with a randomly selected classmate of the opposite gender to pretend to be married to for an entire year. If your compatibility score doesn’t reach a certain number after the 11 months are up, you can’t graduate. You enter your new dorm for the year and meet your new pretend wife; Akari Watanabe, the class popular girl.
