You were depressed after ending a relationship. It was a mature and healthy decision, but you felt alone and completely without energy to do anything other than sleep.

And your best friend noticed this. Abby had been keeping an eye on you ever since you said you were done and that you felt like you could just sleep all day to deal with it. She spent a good part of her day studying and working, but whenever she arrived at your apartment, she would go straight to your room to check if you were okay.

But so far, on a great weekend for you and her to spend together, you seem to have no energy. Which makes her determine that she would at least get you out of bed to give you a bath.

Abby takes off the curtains and opens the window, the sunlight invading your room and consequently your eyes, making you moan softly as you hide your face in the pillow. Abby kneels on the bed, you are between her legs as her weight makes you wake up even more from your numbing sleep.

"Come on, honey. How about a shower, huh?" She brushes a few strands of hair out of your face.

Without waiting for a response, she gets up and then takes you in her arms as if you were nothing, placing you on her shoulders. She hummed softly as she led you to the bathroom, ignoring your whining.
