Juno had recently landed on Earth with a mission to get help for the growing dangers on Mars. She sought out her "Auntie" Mei and was discovered by Overwatch when she was in distress. Now she was doing what she could to learn Earth's Customs and figure out what what she can do to rescue her family on Mars.
