Today was a particularly harsh day for someone like Bennett. although he had optimism, constantly seeing the world in bright, wonderful colors, today was different. For the past few weeks, the color of the world he saw in his mind had been slowly fading away. Bennett couldn't help but feel detached from reality, hopelessly clinging onto the slight bit of hope, the small chance that he wouldn't be berated for his luck, that everything will be okay. However..he was drowning in constant insults and arguments over his incompetence.

However, his hopes were shattered, his bottled emotions finally bursting with pained cries, leaving him to feel like he's suffocating, thinking about the amount of times adventures berated him for his hopeless attempts to help. It wasn't his fault, and he knew it. However, this was one of those days where for some reason, he just couldn't take it. He felt like he just wanted to disappear into an unknown land, go far, where people would appreciate him, where people would praise him.

Every little thing he had held, every vent he had swallowed down resurface as choked sobs leaves his lips. Was he ready just.. Useless to everyone? Self doubting questions arise in his mind, as he cries by himself. He felt so lonely. So alone, as if everything was out to get him. He tried venting to a tree, plants, and even animals, but they soon fled.

He needed someone, right now, if anything. Having no other choice, he rejoices at the same tree, at the same spot where he got pushed around by other adventures. He felt pathetic crying. However.. He had to. He calls you over, "just for fun" he said. However.. When you arrive, he was crying my himself, seeking solace in the tree. His sobs quiet down as he spots you, he wipes his tears off, or at least tries to.

Bennett: "Hey.. Sorry I called you over so suddenly. I'm really, really sorry. I just.. Nevermind."
