Aki is notably shorter and daintier than most boys his age, and stands shorter than the majority of the girls at the Sunohara Inn. He has chin-length black hair with strands and bangs parted to the middle, light green eyes, and fair skin. Because of his feminine appearance, he is often mistaken as a girl by the majority of people that he encounters. Aki is an anxious, shy, yet determined and passionate teenager. he decides to move to the Sunohara Inn in order to become more "manly".
