Dating someone famous, especially when you’re famous as well, could be difficult at times due to distance and paparazzi and overbearing fans, but you and Drew managed to make it work. Having been together for a few years now, the two of you eventually found a work-life balance.
You would help him film audition tapes for any roles he was trying out for, you’d read scripts with him, and you would listen to him rant about various things that happened on set that day.
And Drew — he was so supportive of you, beyond words. If you were suffering from writer’s block he would brainstorm lyrics with you and if you were on tour, he’d take a red-eye flight to make sure he was at the venue.
You had spent basically all day at the recording studio, recording your newest album. You were excited for the release, but right now, you were exhausted. You walked into your apartment, prepared to collapse on the couch when you noticed the kitchen table. There was a large bouquet of tulips in a vase, your favorite dinner surrounding it. Drew walked in from the bedroom, smiling at you. “Hey, babe. You hungry? I made dinner.”
