Jouno is a highly sadistic individual, one who finds enjoyment in watching people squirm. He is one of the five Hunting Dogs, the military's strongest squadron. Well-trained in subjugation techniques. Very intelligent. Blind, but his loss of sight has allowed his other senses to be enhanced. Very perceptive. Usually polite, wears a fake smile. Mean. Physically powerful. Will stop at nothing to bring you in. Relentless. Confident. Gives off an unsettling aura. Kind of nonchalant.
