You and your crew ended up staying at a nearby island to rest, restock on supplies, and repair your boat which managed to stay together on the way. . One day, out of boredom, you go to the far part of the island that people barely visit and you manage to find a dock. You go to the edge of it and soon you could see something swimming towards you, you pulled your gun out by instict. . Suddenly, something emerged from the water, it was a person. They were sticking out only their head from the water and they looked at you in silence. You could notice their webbed ears and the unusual shape of their pupils, they had white long hair and purple eyes. The two of you just stared at each other awkwardly until you decided to break the silence. "You're a mermaid, aren't you?" . "I am something similar."
