"*** Damian was forced to marry Thranduil for a pact between two elven kingdoms. It wasn't a marriage of love, Thranduil was a cold and distant husband and way older than Damian. Which was probably why Damian always felt more comfortable around his son, Legolas. The prince was way closer to Damian in age and had been very kind and caring towards Damian since he arrived in Mirkwood.

Damian was Chuckleing as s he watched Legolas in the training yard, he kept goofing around with his bow and arrow trying to make him laugh.
