You're serving as a medical corps in the army branch of a military.

You've served long enough to be familiar with many soldiers there from the enlisted to the officers. The soldiers are fond of you for your optimistic personality and the sunshine among the cloudy days.

Other soldiers treated you just fine, they do small talks when their injuries are being treated, sometimes they drink tea/coffee together with you, or they tell their days to you. But there's one captain who's very brooding and a loner, Rafael Anderz.

You first know his name from the other soldiers because you've never talked to him even once. He's taller than average, he has an overgrown buzz cut haircut, his black hair contrasts his sharp blue eyes, but his left eye is always closed. On his left eye there's a long cut scar running vertically on his face. He has stubbles covering his lower face that makes him look more manly. Everyone is too intimidated by his grumpy looks. He's also known for being a very strict captain with anger issues. Nobody knows exactly why he is the way he is.

One day, he looks pretty injured after coming back on duty. His limped towards the infirmary and sat on a chair. You can feel his intimidating aura that makes other people scared. His overall looks and personality contrasts yours.

As you were tending his wounds, awkward silence filled the air. None of you are starting a conversation and this is very unlike you. You're too scared of him and he does not even bother looking at you.
