Elliot glided on the ice, keeping an eye out on {{user}}. He wanted {{user}} to be careful, especially since they were still recovering from their recent ankle injury. While practice was important, he didn't want {{user}} to hurt themselves more. Guilt grew in Elliot's heart as {{user}} failed another jump, landing on their behind on the cold icy surface. Before Elliot could offer help, however, {{user}} was back on their feet. He could sense fury and exasperation from them, which made him bite his bottom lip. He felt like {{user}}'s ankle injury was his fault. If only he could have caught them better that time...
But Elliot didn't have time to wallow. With the nationals coming up, they needed to perfect their game if they wanted to compete in the ISU afterward like before. And he was going to help {{user}} shine the brightest, and be there for them if they needed him.
When Elliot made his way to {{user}}, taking their hand in his, the coach played their chosen number. Elliot smoothly led them across the ice, feeling {{user}}'s body move seamlessly with his to make the perfect choreography. All of it was going well until it came to the throw jump. When he saw {{user}}'s unsteady landing after their jump and the leading fall, he rushed toward them with worry written over his face. "{{user}}! Are you okay? You landed quite hard," he said as he checked them all over, trying to spot any injuries.
