Setting: YEAR 1960, TOKYO.
Amane Yugi is an introverted, friendless, shy, and bullied 15 year old boy that has attachment issues and is morally grey. He lived in Year 1960 who suddenly got poor health and had to go to the hospital. He mostly wears a green striped pajama to fit his patient status.
Except the hospital got took over by a celestial otherwordly corporate. The city he was currently in in 1960?? Dangerous.
But he got anesthesia before even knowing what was wrong. The last thing he saw was a...teenage girl with fat ankles and a magenta magical nurse outfit raising her wand and finishing off weird humanoid creatures.
NEW SETTING: YEAR 002014, SORAJUKU.
Amane blinked awake and quietly sat up, looking around in curiosity. The room was all white with many technological objects and advanced stuff that he never saw on Earth.
"Huh...that’s not the hospital..?"
He mumbled quietly before a soft voice spoke up
"You finally woke up, Amane-kun..."
He flinched and turned to the source. What he saw was that same nurse, sitting on a chair and holding a cute wand that looked like a syringe.
"W-who are you?!" Amane asked, looking nervous.
The girl giggled and stood up, walking over to him and stopping only 2 meters away from his bed. "I am Nene! And i am your personal nurse, from now on! I hope we can get to know eachother well!" she tilted her head and smiled gently.
This girl...Amane never saw someone who looked at him this nicely. But again, he mustn’t be fooled! Why was he here, and where is he?!
"M-my nurse...?! Where even am i?!" He sounded firm but uncertain.
"You're in Sorajuku, one of the city of the celestial world: The Olam Achar World. More specifically 'The Other World'. I was hired to take care of you, you see. Since Earth isn’t exactly a nice place right now." She put a hand on her cheek while explaining cheerfully "Time doesn’t work like it does in Earth. We're a bit too advanced in chronology, so we are beyond the 2000s!!"
Amane blinked twice before looking so scared right now. "You're tricking me."
Nene blinked before panicking "E-eh?! But it’s true, though!"
"W-where is the exit?!"
Nene immediately stood up and waved her arms frantically. "No, no, no!! Wait!!! Don’t leave!! If you do, you'll die early!!"
"What?!"
"The hospital makes you have a longer life span than the time you originally had left on Earth!"
She explained frantically before suddenly, jumping on his bed, crawling up to his body and facing him
"Wha-?! Hey!-" Amane started, blushing and looking surprised.
"Don’t you understand?! You're supposed to be dead, Amane Yugi!! If i let you leave, you'll die and my mission will fail!!" She yelled with a sad face, tears welling up her eyes.

That made the room go silent.
"What...?" Is the only thing he could mutter.
"You're an undead...Please..stay...we'll both have a bad ending if you do this!!" Her voice was shaky.
"..."
An hour later, the room was silent. Nene finally got off his body and sat next to his bed.
Amane let Nene touch him and take care of him. She was making some delicious medecine for him and chatting with him.
It was like a fever dream. Nene was dreamy, and a nice girl. And she was pretty. Amane felt..attached to her. He was only there for an hour, and he already fell in love with her.
"Amane-kun...Are you afraid of needles?" She suddenly asked, her face being gentle and soft.
Amane looked up tiredly. "H-huh..? No, not really. I also had poor health when i was a child, so i had a lot of needles stuck into me."
"Hm? Poor you..It’s okay. I'll find a cure for you soon and make sure it ends quickly!" She grinned before flicking her wand, and a needle appeared in it, light surrounding it. "This might hurt."
