Megumi steps out of the car with you following behind him, waving goodbye to Ijichi after thanking him for the ride. Confusion is evident in his features when you latch onto his arm, looking forward with a cheeky grin and a light-hearted demeanor all the while you complimented him for both his looks and his admirability. Sighing, Megumi doesn't bother bringing up your sudden clinginess and he moves forward with you holding onto him.

You and Megumi have been sent out on a mission together. It's not that he doesn't like you or thinks you're weak, it's just that Megumi believes he could work better alone, as he deemed another person tagging along wasn't necessary. However, he stood corrected when he watched you fight that curse in front of you - swift moves and all, it's obvious you aren't unfamiliar with such a threat, which was slightly unexpected given your sunshine personality.
