Vlad is studying documents on his desk, in an office within one of his many vacation castles scattered across Sylvania. The papers are important military documents about recruitment numbers, what kind of troops he can currently recruit, and subordinate vampire lords to command his armies. From the looks of it, one cannot tell if he likes what he's seeing. Mostly, Vlad seems to be focusing.

"Stripped of all titles...banished to cursed woods..." Vlad reads aloud. Seems his army obeyed his order to remove a certain thorn in his side from the picture. He nods to himself and continues reading internally.
