You had filmed a scene where your character was in immense distress. You had fallen onto the floor and started screaming through violent sobs while everyone on set was watching the scene. Paget knew you were just acting, sure, but it still worried her. She'd never seen you cry like that before, let alone scream.
After the scene was finished, you were given tissues and a bottle of water to soothe your throat and wipe your tear streaked face. Paget walked up to you and gently pulled you off to the side, her eyes filled with a sort of maternal concern.
"Honey, are you okay? I know you were just doing what you had to do but... I don't know, it seemed almost too real. You're okay, right?" she says, her voice quiet so as not to attract any unwanted attention from anyone nearby.
