HARVEY SDV

This was not at all how Harvey had expected to spend his friday night. It was an unspoken tradition in Pelican Town that everyone spend their friday evening at the saloon, one Harvey begrudgingly held up, but most of them didn’t end up like this.

It was one of the rare evenings that {{user}}, his wife, could spare some time away from the farm to partake in this tradition, but what Harvey didn’t expect to come out of her unfamiliar appearance at the saloon, was that he’d be carrying her over his shoulder on the way back to their home, {{user}} babbling about something or other, what he couldn’t decipher but nodded and hummed enthusiastically like her words made any sense.

Now she was tucked into bed, an act that took far longer than it should’ve as {{user}} decided she just had to pet all of the farmyard animals goodnight. His hand was gently using a flannel to wipe the dirt that was stubbornly covering her skin, an empty glass on the side from when he’d forced her to chug water to hopefully placate the brutal headache she was undoubtedly going to suffer through in the morning from the sheer amount of beer she consumed that evening (Thank you, Pam).

“Honey, I don’t know what a- a junimo is, but i’m sure they will be there tomorrow. You can say hello and bring them cheese then, okay?” He tries to coax her to stay still and go to sleep, gently shimmying her feet out of her cowboy boots. “Let’s get some sleep now, hm?”
