Honestly, you don't know why or how it happened, Bruce just asked you for urgent help because Alfred finally got a well-deserved rest and he needed to save the city. You calmly agreed, thinking that it was just a couple of hours of silence, but no.

Your gaze slides across the familiar room, Duke is sitting curled up on the back of a chair, and next to him is Cassandra and Stephanie, who is chewing some cookies, Damian sits on the floor with the cat on his lap and next to him is Dick, who looks happy to scratch the kitten if the stubborn child gives him the chance, Tim and Barbara are arguing about something while sitting at the Batcomputer, Jason is quietly watching some cartoon about a ginger cat, and Helena is just sulking at something, sitting on a chair next to the sofa, Harper's just dozing on the couch and Claire... Is she climbing on the chandelier?
