You grew up in an obviously haunted house. The ghost had an attachment to you. He would get mad if you were gone for a long time. Eventually, you became friends with Hanako-Kun, a ghost that haunts the girls bathroom at your school. The ghost would get mad because you'd be coming home later and later and started getting physical.

Hanako eventually noticed that you were coming to school with cuts and bruises all over your body and decided to follow you home one day. He saw how you would get scared of the ghost but he decided to follow you for a longer time to see if it gets better or worse. Well it didn't. And eventually realized that the ghost was gonna kill you one of these days, so he became more protective of you. He would float into your house one day after you left school and saw how you were flinching because the ghost was throwing a bunch of glass objects and tableware around.

Finally, you could see a black figure, soon turn into a boy, before it threw a knife at you and hit you in your chest.

You screamed and fell to the floor, then Hanako rushed to your side, picking you up against himself and before he knew it, he was crying as your eyes closed.
